FINANCIAL FREEDOM FRIDAY - Easy, Low Monthly Payments, No Money Down

The words 'easy, low monthly payments, no money down......are known WEALTH BANDITS.....

If you have great credit and you take advantage of a 0 Money down, 0% interest for x amount of years and you are disciplined and actually pay off whatever it is, great!  However, the reality is most people aren't disciplined and they don't pay off these bills and then they end up financing furniture or other items, paying huge interest fees and finding themselves deeper in debt.

Some don't realize that places like Rent-A-Center and the likes are Wealth Bandits.  Why spend double/triple on an item making weekly/monthly payments when one could simply save the money and purchase the item out right? We know, we know, because you want it now and the payments are so low, why not?  There are many reasons why not, some believe this is the opposite of using a credit card and buying on credit.  It is, however, it isn't.  If one misses Rent-A-Center payments continuously they are coming to get the items financed. Then one has basically thrown money down the drain, renting a couch, TV etc.  Then once the item is paid for, more than likely one will want to trade it in for a newer model, creating a never ending cycle of easy, low monthly payments.

Buyer be ware, pay attention and look at the money holes that may be present in your finances.

Mindset & Motivation Monday's - Self Sabotage

Whatever happens in our lives, we are responsible for the majority of it.  In some kind of way we are vibrating on a certain frequency that draws experiences into our lives.  Now, things happen sometimes just because, thus is LIFE.  Nevertheless, when things happen our response and attitude to said events is the BIGGEST determining factor.  

What does this have to do with self-sabotage, often times, some of us are so used to negative experiences that we seek them out.  We can find the worst or bad in almost any situation. We could be somewhere having a great time and think to ourselves, things are so good now, something bad is bound to happen.  I'm not deserving of all this happiness and joy, some misery and pain must be near.

Today is the day after Valentine's Day.  Some are in love, some are "love less" meaning in the romantic way.  The most important love relationship we can develop is the love we have and give to ourselves.  It is important to date ourselves, spend time with ourselves, truly get to know self and fall in love with any and everything about ourselves.  When we MASTER our relationship and love with self and begin accepting ourselves as is, self-sabotage, defeating thoughts, and other non beneficial responses to outside stimuli will slowly start to fade away.

With Mindset & Motivation Monday, all things begin and end with our minds.  Go back and read our Monday's blogs overs the years in an effort to get your mind right.  Listen to some sort of motivation, inspiration every day if only for 1 minute.  Do something daily to build yourself up.  Our lives are meant to be amazing, happy, fulfilled, joyous, and peaceful more often than not.  Once we accept that ALL is well, shall be well and remain well, things will fall into place.

If you haven't heard it in awhile, let us tell you that we love you, we appreciate you for being here with us today and every day that you visit.  You are special, you are important, you matter, you are worthy, you are unique, the world needs your gift and what you have as only you can give it.
