WELLNESS WEDNESDAYS ~ STRESS

Stress KILLS, I repeat, STRESS KILLS!!!!!!

So how do you manage stress?  Many people when placed in stressful situations eat their way to "happiness".  That happiness usually also includes obesity and a ton of other health related issues as they aren't choosing fruits and veggies to de-stress, which ultimately, causes more stress! Go figure, right?

So....here are some stress reducing foods that are healthy and good for you!
