Student Leaders®
Some programs require books. This one requires heart. Recognized for their commitment to making a difference in their communities, Student Leaders will have an opportunity to develop leadership skills to help them turn their community passion into action. The program features:
Five young adults in each of the 45 markets (US: high school juniors and seniors, UK: secondary students in sixth form college or college of further education)
A week-long Student Leadership Summit in Washington, DC (July) to gain valuable civic, social and business leadership skills
Exciting 8-week paid internship program at a local nonprofit/charitable organization
2012 application period beginning October 1, 2011 through January 16, 2012 (8:00 p.m. Eastern Time).
