Tis the season of pies, cakes, turkeys, dressing, macaroni and cheese, stuffing, and other delicious foods that are seemingly unhealthy. The good news is it is alright to eat these foods and enjoy them without guilt. The better news is as long as you commit to eat more healthy foods and making more good choices than bad choices when it comes to food you will be good to go.
We here at Epiphany Essentials DO NOT, we repeat DO NOT believe in diets. What we do believe in is making more healthy eating choices than non and enjoying cakes, pies, cookies, and other guilty pleasures as you feel however within moderation of course.
So to help battle the bulge and to prepare for your New Year's Resolution of losing weight. We know some of you will/have made this resolution.
For the holidays try simply giving up drinks with unnecessary calories. Scale back on your juice and soda consumption. Focus on drinking water. If you will consume alcoholic beverages drink them straight with no chaser ;). The juice adds extra calories.
What are healthy foods you asked?????? Raw foods that grow from the ground and hang from trees and plants are the healthiest.
- Apples
- Oranges
- Bananas
- Tomatoes
- Watermelon
- Cucumbers etc.............
Fresh herbs, raw nuts, and vegetables too. Fill your plate with those things and consume them before you eat anything else. Make it a habit to eat some if not all of these things in a variety daily.
There are 21 days left in this year, make them count!!!!!!
You may have experienced disappointment, lack, set backs, loss etc. Nevertheless, you are still here, life goes on, and you must Take Charge, OWN your Life, and be in CONTROL. ~ Epiphany Essentials Management #DreamsToRealityEmpowermentEvent Coming Soon
