Waist training is nothing new. My grandmother to this day wears a girdle wherever she goes. Way back in the day women wore corsets to make their waist appear smaller.
We also have a waist trainer that we purchased from Ka'oir. We love the waist trainer, its soft, supports the back while exercising, doesn't cause any pain and isn't restrictive. We posted a picture of our waist trainer and were asked:
"Do you think the waist trainer works?" Our Response: I will say this, I sweat ridiculously in
my waist area while wearing it during work outs. It supports my back as well. The lady who
created it her body is RIDICULOUS however she works out regularly and eats well. In long,
yes if combined with diet and exercise."
Our 2nd response was taken from the InstaGram account "LADIES WITHOUT PROPER
DIET AND EXERCISE, THIS IS THE ONLY RESULT YOU'LL SEE FROM WAIST
TRAINING!!! " via @PhotoRepost_app
Waist trainers are not miracle workers. If you want to lose in your mid section you must also focus on the surrounding areas. Simply put use the waist trainer while exercising and making healthy habits when it comes to your diet!
