WELLNESS WEDNESDAYS - IMMUNE BOOSTERS - ITS A BIT SPICY AND SWEET AND OH SO GOOD FOR YOU!



Cinnamon! Yes, cinnamon.  We love cinnamon.  We have a dose of this stuff daily in our tea. We sprinkle a bit in our tea, let it steep and ENJOY!  Why cinnamon it is more than an immune booster it is a powerful spice that is also rich in antioxidants, we could go on and on and on about the benefits of cinnamon yet we will let you do some research on your own.

When making biscuits and other foods including eggs, we sprinkle a bit of cinnamon.  Just a bit however, too much will become over powering and is absolutely unnecessary.
