MINDSET & MOTIVATION MONDAY - THE POWER OF NO!

This post was inspired by my uncle. The family was together Super Bowl Sunday and he was speaking to one of my cousins about his life decisions. My uncle then said, no is a complete sentence and one of the most powerful words we could ever use.

Many find themselves afraid to say the word, NO! Many feel the need to explain why the are saying, NO! So let us repeat, no is a COMPLETE SENTENCE.

I see a lot of individuals as well as small business owners over extended and overwhelmed because they don't know how to say the word, NO!

Saying, NO! is alright. You cannot commit to everything, you cannot attend everything, you cannot be every where, you cannot be all things to all people all the time, and it is completely alright.

Being busy and being productive are not always one in the same. Many of us find ourselves frustrated, tired, and in need of a getaway simply because we lack the POWER to say NO!

We encourage you and empower you to start using the word NO! as a complete sentence. If asked why? Use the famous saying many parents have used "because I said so" but in this case "because I said no." Doesn't matter why you can't do whatever it is,
