MINDSET & MOTIVATION MONDAY - The Enemy Within

Get over yourself and get out of your own way! Words of wisdom to myself.  Epiphany Essentials is embarking on our 1st Wealth Wellness & Empowerment Conference.  We were not pleased with the number of RSVPs for the event, we weren't pleased with some of our own efforts as well.  We contemplated simply canceling the event, then....

However, we realized that Rome wasn't built in a day.  Everything take times and even in "failure" there is a lesson to be learned, ways to do things differently, greater, better!  There is always room for improvement while FAILING FORWARD.

We thought back to a video with Tyler Perry, his first play, he rented out a theater and only 12 people showed up and he knew all of them.  There are countless other stories however now he travels throughout the US, sells out theaters and has movies, a production company etc.?

What makes Epiphany Essentials any different? This past Satruday we were listening to a motivational video and Les Brown asked 'will you stay motivated when you have a meeting and no one shows up?'  TD Jakes stated 'the battle isn't with your check book, the job or circumstance, the battle is in your mind!'

The enemy we battle is the enemy within ALWAYS.  It doesn't matter what others say or think until we begin to repeat them and say/think those things about ourselves.

When you are feeling discouraged, plug into some motivation, inspiration.  Go inside of yourself and meditate, do something to stay grounded and focused.
