Wellness Wednesdays - Sun Gazing

As solar beings or children of the sun, understanding that we are solar powered and are to live our lives in accordance to sun cycles means all the difference for our melanin and conscious development. eating food pass sunset, at night, or in the morning is called break-fast because we are disrupting our natural melanin cleansing/detox/rebirth phases. this is why the ancestors would do their sun salutations/sungazing at sunset and sunrise because they knew our pineal gland/b...iological time clock was naturally in tune at these hours.
sleep is called the cousin of death, because everynight as we are internally imbued with melanin during our (melatonin cleansing) we enter our microcosmic death and rebirth phase that we call sleep(returning to darkness), and then we are reborn every sunrise!!! thus, our sun salutations "what most consider prayer" is the chakra/planetary alignment we go through to establish/enhance our protection/connection when we go into our "meditation" state at night as opposed to the typical calcified-low vibration sleep state which happens when ur out of sync with the cosmos, arent being uploaded, and are open to vampirism.

MINDSET & MOTIVATION - KNOWING vs. DOING

Knowing vs. Doing

Lately, I have found myself in a bit of a so called funk. I haven't had the motivation to do much of anything.  In no way, would I claim depression.  I haven't been a hermit or anything like that.  Its just my energy has been low and my will to leave the house unless absolutely necessary has gone out the window.

Nevertheless, I do practice what we preach here at Epiphany Essentials.  I have been doing positive affirmations.  I've started sun gazing, we will discuss that on Wellness Wednesdays.  Drinking water, eating healthy more often than not, breathing consciously and simply thinking positively for the most part.

However, I've had loss of apetite for many things beyond food.  I do realize that my thoughts dictate my feelings.  So, while I know better, I haven't been completely doing better!

This blog is about being human.  You can be the most positive, motivated person on earth. Doesn't mean you will be like that 100% of the time and that is OK.  It is alright to be human, it is alright to be, feel, and not it be deemed "negative" sometime. 

Its simply not ok to stay there!  Once you find yourself wallowing in those feelings for days on end and it turns into a week at the minimum you need to re-evaulate some things and seek outside help/counsel if needed.

The truth is your feelings are dictated by your thoughts.  So if you feel depression, you are thinking negative self-defeating thoughts way too often.  You have the power to change your thoughts and your situation, however, you most empower yourself and believe that you are in control.

MINDSET & MOTIVATION MONDAYS ~ Just Not Feeling It

What do you do when you're just not feeling it?  Feeling what do you ask?  Not feeling motivated, not feeling like being in a positive mindset?

First things first, you allow whatever you are feeling to be.  Yes you allow it, allow the emotion, energy in motion, to flow through and out of you.  Don't feel bad, don't get upset about your feelings allow the feelings to happen.  Just don't wallow on those feelings for too long.

What's too long?  Anything of 24, definitely 48 hours is too long.  Remember your feelings are governed by your thoughts.  So when you are ready to change your feelings, change your thoughts to thoughts of love, peace, joy, happiness something other than what you've already been thinking.

Remember to focus on what you want, not what is. Focus on the positive outcome you desire, keeping in mind the law of attraction.  Remember to channel your vibrations properly to continue to attract love, peace, joy, happiness and goodness to your life.


Today I read hugging trees and meditating under trees is great for us and has many health benefits.

So if you haven't been feeling it lately its OK, if its been more than 48 hours it is time to get back on track!

MOTIVATION & MINDSET MONDAYS ~ YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS

There are a few gateways to having a sound mind and healthy body - exercise, eating clean, drinking plenty of water, meditating, and reading.

Its amazing how many people struggle in life yet few of them read, feed their body the proper nutrients, and exercise.  Yet they desire wholeness.

What is being accepted is more people need mindset shifts than motivation.  Everything begins and ends with the conscious and subconscious mind.
