MINDSET & MOTIVATION MONDAYS ~ Just Not Feeling It

What do you do when you're just not feeling it?  Feeling what do you ask?  Not feeling motivated, not feeling like being in a positive mindset?

First things first, you allow whatever you are feeling to be.  Yes you allow it, allow the emotion, energy in motion, to flow through and out of you.  Don't feel bad, don't get upset about your feelings allow the feelings to happen.  Just don't wallow on those feelings for too long.

What's too long?  Anything of 24, definitely 48 hours is too long.  Remember your feelings are governed by your thoughts.  So when you are ready to change your feelings, change your thoughts to thoughts of love, peace, joy, happiness something other than what you've already been thinking.

Remember to focus on what you want, not what is. Focus on the positive outcome you desire, keeping in mind the law of attraction.  Remember to channel your vibrations properly to continue to attract love, peace, joy, happiness and goodness to your life.


Today I read hugging trees and meditating under trees is great for us and has many health benefits.

So if you haven't been feeling it lately its OK, if its been more than 48 hours it is time to get back on track!
