WELLNESS WEDNESDAYS - Breakfast Remixed

We are excited to participate in the Sal-Smoo challenge, see our post from last week for more information.

The methodology behind the challenge is certain foods should not be consumed before 12 noon.  While the challenge is only for 28 days, there are some who live by these eating habits.

What to consume - fresh fruits, vegetables, seeds, herbs, and spices that grow above ground, on trees, have a seed in it, receive direct sunlight and rain water.  Those foods are high vibration foods.

What to avoid - everything else! Dead carcass (meat), cow mucus (cheese, butter, etc.), dairy products, embryo fluid (eggs).

Whoa! Talk about a take on what one considers breakfast.  Growing up for breakfast to break our fast, we would eat eggs (embryo fluid), meat (dead carcass), definitely dairy and cow mucus, and some sort of grain more than likely grits and oh I cannot forget the biscuits
Learning however, that those type of eating habits, stress the body out, make one tired and sluggish and therefore aren't the best foods to break your fast with and fuel your body, requires a complete overhaul of our thought process on what breakfast is and isn't.

During this challenge, the goal is to drink a smoothie and eat a salad prior to 12 noon everyday.  After 12 noon one may eat as they wish.

There are 211 days left in this year, make them count!!!!!!
