DETOX your BODY!!!!!

Detox your body.  It is IMPORTANT to eat fruits, vegetables, legumes, and lentils regularly along with rinking water.  Tea and coffee have great health benefits for you as well if you choose wisely.  Health, energy, and focus all start from the INSIDE out.  That doesn't mean supplemental vitamins, over the counter or prescription meds.  Love yourself from the inside out, your body and skin will thank you later.
