MOTIVATION & MINDSET MONDAY - COMMIT

It is time for YOU to commit, yes YOU! Commit to what you ask? Yourself.




There are 24 days left in 2014, on January 1st, 2015 many will confess, profess, and share their New Year's Resolutions for 2015.

Why wait until 2015 to resolve the action of doing new things?  We read somewhere it takes about 21 days for a new habit to form.  So.................................................................................

You have 2 days to determine what you would like to accomplish in 2015, 1 day to fully implement it and then get started. Why should you do that?

Because once 2015 starts you will already be on track to be successful and have determined new habits.

We shun New Year's Resolutions here because let's be honest, how many people actually keep their resolutions?

How many years have you or someone you know made resolutions to

  • Lose weight
  • Save money
  • Stop smoking cigarettes
  • Exercise
  • Eat right etc. etc. etc.?

How many people actually accomplish their resolutions and/or stick to them for the ENTIRE year?

How many people have you heard say, this year will be different, this is my year?  However, year after year they appear to be stagnate and not making progress???????

Our recommendation is to.....
  • Set Short Term goals with completion dates
  • Set Long Term goals with completion dates
  • Break your goals down into actionable steps that can be taken to achieve them (For example if you want to purchase a home what steps will you take? Save money, pay down debt, clear up items on your credit report etc.)
  • Create a Vision Board based on your goals
  • Write a Vision Statement
  • Write a Chief Aim Statement
  • Review your goals, vision, and chief aim statement every day if not multiple times per day
Complete all of this within the next 3 days if possible no later than the end of the week and get started on Sunday, December 14th!  Just trust us on this one, your 2015 will start off on the fast track.  This is how you make a true commitment to yourself, your goals, dreams, and desires.  Plan your work and work your plan!




There are 23 days left in this year, make it count!!!!!!
