MOTIVATION & MINDSET MONDAY'S - MEMORIES........

We here at Epiphany Essentials lost loved ones this year of 2014.  We know there are others whom lost family this year and years prior to.  This time of year can be difficult when you are dealing with the loss of a loved one.

So we here at Epiphany Essentials want to encourage you and help strengthen you to cherish the many memories that you have.  Let go of any past anger, hurt, regrets that you may have.  If you want/need to apologize do so by talking directly to them. Release and free yourself from as many negative emotions as you can.

For those who were able to have closure however, still miss their loved ones, cherish the memories.  Think of the good times and the gift that person gave you by simply being a part of your life.

If you want to cry, cry.  Don't hide or stifle your emotions always BE in the PRESENT moment and FEEL without hesitation.

Grieve in your own way, different people grieve differently.  You have the right to do what feels best for you.  However, let us encourage you to LIVE, you are still here on earth for a reason and your loved one would want you to be happy, healthy, successful etc.

Seek counseling or other services that may be beneficial if you are having a difficult time dealing with your loss and moving forward with your own life.

Raise your vibrations and keep them high.  When you are operating in a higher state you may be able to feel, hear, or sense the presence of your loved one who has transitioned.

There are 16 days left in this year, make it count!!!!!!

You may have experienced disappointment, lack, set backs, loss etc. Nevertheless, you are still here, life goes on, and you must Take Charge, OWN your Life, and be in CONTROL. ~ Epiphany Essentials Management ‪#‎DreamsToRealityEmpowermentEvent‬ Coming Soon
