Age is a poor excuse not to be fit and active.  Age is a poor excuse as to why your body seems to be "falling apart".  As with most things in life, the rule is, USE IT OR LOSE IT!

Take care of your body and it will take care of you.  Eat a balanced diet full of nutritious foods.  Be active, at minimum stretch everyday, yoga and ballet are great for flexibility. Engage in physical activity at least 2 to 3 times per week that elevates your heart rate and makes you sweat!

Growing older and becoming sickly are not synonymous, well they don't have to be.
