Financial Freedom Friday's - 52 Week Savings Challenge

What do you do when you have "extra" money? Meaning? When you receive a bonus at work of any kind? Once you pay off a bill? If you receive an unexpected cash gift from family, friends, etc.?
Do you think to yourself it is time to spend or do you think to yourself I should save/invest this. If not all of it, do you save a % of it?
I would like to encourage you in 2016, if and when you receive a bonus save that money for a future investment. As you pay off debt, use the extra money to pay off all debt, once you are "debt" free take that money and save it as if you're still in debt. Then when an emergency comes, instead of charging it you can go to your emergency fund account.
Let's get smart and serious about money in 2016....
Ways to save
*Save your change in a jar everyday after purchases
*Use a 2 liter bottle and fill it with dimes (it will turn into $700 when filled up)
*Try the 52 week savings challenge (dollars or pennies)
Save something, even if only pennies, get in the habit of saving regularly.
