In a nut shell, no more caps on coverage, people won't be denied for pre-existing health conditions, dependents won't be kicked off their parents insurance at 21....it seems like a win for Americans. Just curious what else is attached to the bill and how will that effect the lives of Americans will it be for better or worse?
