Food for Thought - Law Passed Banning Sale of Cold Beer

"Arlington Heights has a new strategy in its battle wit those who wander village streets, sipping their favorite beverage for a paper bag: warm beer. A law passed by the village this week prohibits the sale of single cans of refrigerated beer." Red Eye October 24, 2009

It amazes me how communities outside of Chicago come together and create laws in an attempt to keep their neighborhoods and their children safe. I wonder if a law such as this was passed in Chicago and the entire cook county would that eliminate some of the foolishness that happens in and on our streets or at least eliminate people walking around with brown paper bags sipping a brewski? Your thoughts?
