WELLNESS WEDNESDAYS - Break Your Fast, How to Eat Breakfast - Break Fast PROPERLY

A couple of years ago we had the pleasure of meeting a nutritionist. We discussed with him our eating habits and our struggles.  He expressed that we weren't eating the proper things for breakfast or to break our fast.  When we awaken the first thing we eat, literally breaks our fast.  Every night while you sleep you are fasting.

The nutritionist stated it is best to break one's fast with raw, fresh, high vibration foods - fruits, vegetables, herbs, and plants.

So here is our take on the proper breakfast. We use different combinations depending on what we buy at the market each week.

Grapes, Starfruit, parsley, banana, avocado, strawberry, and blueberry

Banana, blueberries, walnuts, almonds, parsley, avocado sprinkled with turmeric, and mango!
