Mind - Meditation, prayer, and silent time are good ways to silence the mind, simply relax, and de-stress. These are times when you shouldn't be thinking on focusing on too much.
Body - Exercise, proper diet (eating habits not actually "dieting"), what you watch/hear/see
Soul/Spirit - Sun gazing, sun bathing, earthing, grounding, hugging trees
Combining practices from each of the categories will lead you on the road to holistic health. Doing all and more from each category will lead you on the road to holistic health.
