will be a 3 part series on different ways to gain education. The
first is the easiest and fastest of them all. Just
Dive In!
Life
experience is unmatched in its learning, because experience itself is
a personal teacher. Learning by doing and succeeding can:
- Boost morale
- Erase fears
- Inspire you to do more.
I
read a book about how to own and operate your own coffee business.
The first thing they said to do was to work at coffee house. This
will teach you about the culture, the language of the industry and
the operating procedures all at the same time. Not to mention you get
paid to learn all of this.
The
point is to encourage action. Do not get "Paralysis by
Analysis", as some do and spend time contemplating what may and
may not happen. You are right both ways until you step out and
perform.
As
long as you operate within a calculated risk factor then this is the
learning style for you. Even with all the calculations, sometimes you
have to just live the experience.
