When we think about our brains few of us think about the necessity to exercise it.  Many of us take our brains for granted.  When is the last time you thanked your brain for being the best computer ever created, unable to be duplicated, and for simply doing what it does? No, that was a serious question.


However, back to the topic.  Yes, your brain absolutely needs exercise and on a regular basis.

As always regular fitness, wellness and exercise is also great for the brain, however, you can and should exercise your brain as well.  Some of our suggestions for exercising your brain uplug the TV, turn off the cell phones, put down the electronic devices and play a game of chess, checkers, do a crossword puzzle, soduko, do a regular old fashion puzzle, learn a new word each day.
