T.E.A.C.H. THURSDAYS ~ "WHY" IS THE ONLY SOURCE OF POWER

"Why" Is The Only Source Of Power
by Chris Johnson

T.E.A.C.H. Thursdays is all about using education to have success, but how does one actually achieve this?

If you are a fan of the movie The Matrix as I am, then you know the character, The Merovingian. He has a quote in the movie that goes "Why is the only source of power, and this is how you come to me, without why...without power!"

His logic is similar to what I tell my children, "You will always be the student until you can obtain the knowledge of the teacher. When you can teach it, that's when people will pay you." This is how you actually use education to have success. You have to master the information and understand the "why of things."

Just imagine a small child always asking "why does this work" or "why does this happen." The person who can answer the "why" questions posess power, and they can bend that knowledge (power) to their will and achieve success in all that they pursue.

This is why professionals turn to their peers in the one percentile who hold awards in their respective industries. They have learned to achieve the "why" and thereby achieve the power.
I urge you to utilize any education available to you in your field of choice and master the information until you understand the "why of things", and may the God who knows the answers to all the "why's" and holds all the power; grant you success.
